Fruit & Pepper Jam

This jam is made with green tomatoes, poblanos, Red & yellow bell peppers. Delicious!


  • 4 Cups of Fruit (Ex: Peaches or Green Tomato)

  • 1 Medium Green, Yellow, Red or Orange Bell Pepper

  • 3 Medium Hot Peppers (Ex: Jalapeno, Habanero or Serrano) OR 2 Poblano Peppers

  • ¼ Cup Diced Onion (Optional)

  • ½ Tsp Lemon Zest

  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 Oz of Fruit Pectin

  • 5 Cups of White Sugar


  1. Combine fruit, peppers, onions (if using) lemon zest, apple cider vinegar & pectin

  2. Stir to combine

  3. Bring to a boil on medium high heat

  4. Add sugar & stir to combine

  5. Boil on high for one minute, then lower the heat to medium

  6. Simmer until the jam thickens & can coat the back of a spoon

  7. Skim the foam from the top

  8. Transfer to mason jars & cool


  • Feel free to add extra seasonings like cinnamon & ginger in your peach pepper jam or garlic to your green tomato jam.
