Good Saturday, folks!
I just wanted to post on here about what I'm getting into in June. I have a few cooking demos, tastings and pairing experiences that I wanted to let y'all in on.
On June 3rd, I will be at Eventide Brewing demonstrating and talking about something I love to do so much: Cooking With Beer! I will have a recipe available so that participants can go home and make the dish as well. And even better: a beer comes with your ticket thanks to my gracious hosts. A vegan option will also be available.
On June 11th, I will be leading a workshop foodie experience at the Ormewood Makers Festival. The workshop, Everyday Pairings: A Beer & Wine Workshop, will focus on building a beautiful charcuterie board and a simple dish with a demonstration on how to pair beer & wines along side them. No frills, just fun!
Both workshops are 21+ so make it a date night or group night and come on out! I can't wait to see y'all.
