Chili-Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

2 C cleaned and prepared fresh green beans

2 tbsp chili oil

2 tsp chopped garlic

salt/pepper to taste

1 tbsp butter or olive oil (optional)

1⁄2 of a small onion (optional)

Directions

1. Toss green beans & onions in chili oil, garlic, salt & pepper.

2. Sautée in a skillet with butter. Cook about 7 minutes, constantly stirring. Add a sprinkle of water about half-way through to steam.

OR roast it in the oven with the salmon. Green beans can go in at the same time as the salmon.
